Synchronisation 1316 is dedicated for Accuride 1319 pivot folding door kit. It increases the allowance for door weight and size capacity and helps with the smooth synchronised operation.
- The maximum recommended door width is 600mm
- 2-5 hinges to be used depending on the door width
- To be used with Accuride 1319 pivot folding door gear
- Increases weight capacity of 1319 system up to 25kg per door
- Increases maximum door height up to 2300mm (1200mm for horizontal fixings)
The set consists of:
- 2 x tracks
- 2 x rod guides
- 1 x set of screws
- 1 x 2500mm profile rod
- 2 x pinions with screw mounts
Hinges required per door height:
- 915-1193mm = 3 hinges
- 1194-1498mm = 4 hinges
- 1499-1803mm = 5 hinges
- 1803-2300mm = 6 hinges
Please note that:
- Folding kit Accuride 1319 hinges and mounting plates are not included
